Thursday, April 30th, 2009Sony new mp3 player ( the one I am waiting for ) has been announced in Japan few days ago ( 25 April 2009 ).
Rounded up some comments form different Hi-Fi blogs, um…just like other audio products - radical views. Some people said they like its taste because the great analytical sound ( super cool sound ), noise-canceling helps to have a more clear and silent environment; While some claimed that there’s too much bass about the machine, tends to focus on the middle-low range.

Walkman comes with pre-loaded software Content Transfer - quick and user friendly utility I mentioned previously here, also the Manual is embedded within its memory as well. 12 tracks of MP3 are also loaded to get you going.

Thursday, March 26th, 2009More and more information about this portable hi-fi class toy released. I can’t to own one immediately! Not very pricey, rumour price is arround HKD$2,400 for a 16gb model, and HKD$3,200 for a 32gb model.

At present, the highest bit rate we can use in all mp3 player is ‘just’ upto 320kbps ( which is already too enough for some users ) ; But as the mp3 HD comes, we can have  up to 1411kbps with the same format, same file extension and the same compatibility mp3. That is certainly a great news to me ( and those who care the sound quality much as me ).Â

Monday, February 16th, 2009The answer to iPod Touch! Impressive! Sony Walkman NWZ-X1000 should be a replacement for my iphone ( for being a mp3 player ). I like Sony design as well as it AV technology. I have tried its A / S series in Sony Style shop before, and its beautiful sound shocked me. And I have been waiting for a model with touch screen long time ago, it will be execllent if the X1000 can be priced under HKD $3,500 for a 16gb model.
